Meet Your New IEB Candidates The Committee on Leadership (COL) is pleased to announce that the following women have been slated to serve on the 2024-2026 International Executive Board (IEB). Alpha Phi’s IEB plays a crucial role in upholding the mission and ideals of Alpha Phi and driving the Fraternity's strategic direction. The IEB members are entrusted with overseeing Alpha Phi’s strategic operations of the organization, safeguarding its interests, and nurturing its growth. Due to the importance of their role, board members are selected through a meticulous nomination and slating process led by the COL and guided by the knowledge, skills and abilities aligning to the Fraternity's strategic direction. The COL underwent a thorough process which included reviewing candidate applications, considering membership feedback, conducting interviews and vetting professional references. The COL appreciates all applicants' interest dedication and investment in serving our Fraternity in this capacity.
Please join us in congratulating this dynamic group of women as they are poised to lead our Fraternity in the coming biennium.
