Morning Fitness This program is designed for any level of fitness. Classes start with a warm-up and transition to an energizing cardio section, with difficulty modifications available. The class transitions into muscular conditioning exercises, where we use a variety of resistance equipment such as dumbbells, bands, sliders and more. The class concludes with a cool down and stretch, for a relaxing way to end your workout. Ages: 13+ years Notes: Check in at Customer Service. Please refer to page 122 for pricing details.
