Aqua Bootcamp Aqua Bootcamp is a challenging blend of cardio drills, strength circuits, and functional training moves designed to push your limits in the pool. Using aqua dumbbells, noodles, and bodyweight exercises, this class is fast-paced, fun, and fully adaptable. Whether you’re sprinting through intervals, tackling resistance sets, or powering through core challenges, Aqua Bootcamp will leave you feeling strong and accomplished.
