Aqua Kickboxing blends traditional kickboxing moves with the resistance of water to give you a full-body cardio and strength workout. Expects jabs, uppercuts, front kicks, and core drills--all performed in the shallow end. Great for improving coordination, endurance and stress relief without the joint impact.
