Description Swimmers refine their strokes with 50-metre front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke. Lifesaving skills include a 25-metre obstacle swim and 15-metre object carry. First aid covers assessing conscious victims, contacting EMS, and treatment for bleeding. Fitness improves through 350-metre workouts and 100-metre timed swims. 1:12 instructor to participant ratio.
