Veterans’ Benefits The Post 9/11 GI Bill ® covers up to 100% of tuition for qualifying students. Eligibility requires 90 days of aggregate service on or after Sept. 11, 2001, or individuals discharged with a service-connected disability after 30 days. The Yellow Ribbon Program is a provision of the Post-9/11 GI Bill ® that pays tuition that exceeds the maximum annual tuition and fees of $26,042.81 for the 2021-22 academic year. Spouse and Dependent Benefits The tuition rate for spouses and dependents under the age of 26 matches the military rate at $250 per credit hour for undergraduates and $623-743 per credit hour for graduate students. Eligible military spouses may also be given up to $4,000 of financial assistance toward certification or associate degrees through the Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts (MCAA) scholarship program.
