Southside Partnership DLR Southside Partnership DLR was established in 1996 as an independent local development company delivering a range of programmes and services in Dún Laoghaire Rathdown. Our vision is to see an inclusive and just society, without discrimination, where people are encouraged and enabled to reach their full potential within strong vibrant communities. We work across the lifespan and provide a range of general and targeted supports to particular groups. The supports we provide include employment and enterprise, supporting people in their adult education and personal development, activities and homework club supports for children and young people, fostering and supporting community groups to address a range of social issues, integration supports, support for Ukrainian citizens as well as a growing number of programmes which address health and wellbeing needs and older people’s programmes in the county.
