Southside Partnership DLR - Social Prescribing for Health & Wellbeing What would it be like to have support to improve your health and wellbeing? Are you interested in trying something new or in accessing supports? Would you like to connect with others? Social Prescribing is about supporting the health and wellbeing of people by helping them to connect with local, community- based activities as well as national and online supports. The DLR Social Prescribing Team will talk to you about what activities interest you or what supports you may need and will then assist you in availing of these activities. Who is it for? The programme is for you if you feel that you need some support to mind your health and wellbeing or if you feel isolated, stressed, anxious or depressed. Using resources within the community may help you to feel more connected during this difficult time and it may support you in minding your mental and physical health.
