dlr County Council Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council plays a major role in the physical, economic, social and cultural development of the county. The elected councillors adopt a 5 year County Development Plan which serves as the blue print for the provision of infrastructure such as housing, roads, parks and community facilities. In addition the Council is developing a new Local Economic and Community Plan (LECP). The implementation of the LECP is overseen by the Local Community and Economic Development and Enterprise Strategic Policy Committee. Our Housing and Planning Counters are open 10am - 4pm (Monday to Friday). Dundrum Office Park, Main Street, Dundrum, Dublin 14, D14 YY00 Monday - Friday 9.30am to 12.30 and 1.30pm to 4.30pm.
