ADDITIONAL COSTS ON TOP OF THE SALES PRICE & PER PLOT

PURCHASE COSTS • Deed costs, duties and notary fees (title deed and usufruct deed) • Flat fee payable per room (excl. VAT) - safety coordinator, EPB, utilities: €3,833 - tax advice: €3,860 - survey costs, deed costs, basic instrument costs: €7,250 - CLC Fee Realis: €1,975

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

PAYMENT SCHEDULE • Upon signing the sales agreement: - 5% of the total sales price

• Upon execution of the notarial purchase deed: - balance sales price land share (35%) - share of the room in the construction already completed • After the execution of the notarial title deed: balance of sales price share of construction (55%) , payable in instalments.
