better location. Over the years, we’ve had many patients tell us that getting to the office hasn’t been easy. Plus, people used to get lost inside the old building, since our office was located in the back with no signs. This new office space is in a central location on a main street in Lewisville and will be much easier to find for new and existing patients!

Some patients have asked me what prompted this move. The long and short of it is timing. I’ve been talking with the team at FYZICAL for a while about making this change, and when the lease came up on our old building, we all agreed that now was the time to take the leap. The benefits that ClearLife and FYZICAL patients have enjoyed in Allen with the offices’ proximity is too important to ignore. We’ll be hosting an open house soon so all ClearLife patients in the Lewisville area will have an opportunity to come in, get to know the new facility, and see if the team at FYZICAL can help them — more information on that event to come. Until then, be sure to update your contact information. Our phone number will stay the same, but our office is now located at 724 W. Main St. #180, Lewisville, TX 75067.

This month, I’m excited to announce some big changes we’ve made in the last few weeks. The ClearLife Hearing Care office in Lewisville has relocated across town to share a space with FYZICAL Therapy and Balance of North Texas. If you’re a patient at our Allen location, you’re already familiar with FYZICAL, as we’ve been sharing a facility with them in Allen for quite some time. At first glance, it might seem strange for an audiologist to team up with a physical therapy clinic, but the work each of our offices do in the field of balance is more alike than many realize. Balance issues can be the result of weak muscles, but they can also indicate the presence of an inner-ear issue. Patients who have balance issues also have a tendency to suffer from hearing loss. Likewise, a patient who is being treated for hearing loss may also need help improving their balance to avoid future falls or injuries. Until recently, I’ve only been able to help patients with their hearing and hoped they could find resources to help keep them on their feet. Now Lewisville patients can take advantage of the same opportunities to improve their balance that our Allen patients enjoy.

I am really excited to start this new chapter for ClearLife and FYZICAL. Both offices have a lot to offer one another, and I can’t wait to see all the good we’ll do now that we’ve joined forces in two cities.

In addition to the added benefits of being located right in a balance rehabilitation center, our new office space in Lewisville is in a far
