Capital Development Framework

The following list summarises recent, current and imminent capital projects in our pipeline. It is not exhaustive but shows the breadth and diversity of projects in which successful candidates could be involved.

This process also explored how we can best improve our estate in the future to continue to deliver world-leading learning, research and working environments in the heart of London. Working collaboratively with our NHS Trust partners, we are now preparing for the development of strategic masterplans for our health and life science campuses, and with commercial developers and investors in the growth of the SC1 innovation district.
