Rooibos tea has a long history of helping with menstrual cramps. I kept seeing it in the feminine health section of boutiques and shops. One of the labels I remember most ZDVDZRPDQZHDULQJER[LQJJORYHVZLWKWH[WUHDGLQJ³)LJKW&UDPSV ZLWK5RRLERV7HD´²LQÀDPPDWRU\DQGPXVFOHVRRWKLQJSURSHUWLHVRI this tea. Rooibos tea is grown in the Cederburg region of South Africa, and Afrikaans have used rooibos as a tonic for centuries. It has been known to help not only with cramps but to reduce stress, relieve babies with colic, cure insomnia, and slow down the aging process.
