This smart stretching can release tension in your body, improve flexibility, and contribute to a stronger body. Join a fun, progressive class & build muscle, power, flexibility, coordination, agility. Optional uniform, certification from white to Black Belt available. Great class for parents and children. ZUMBA Zumba takes the work out of workout, by mixing low- intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and world rhythms take over, you will see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
