DISCOVER THE WORLD OF SPANISH! VAMOS A EXPLORAR! (LET’S EXPLORE!) Grades K-5 Through Futura’s dynamic and interactive approach, students will practice useful Spanish expressions in fun, real-life contexts. This interactive course focuses on practical travel vocabulary, like bartering at markets and ordering at restaurants. Through dynamic activities, students will build confidence in speaking Spanish while exploring vibrant traditions. Grades 1-4 | In this program, students learn about programming and engineering concepts like mechanical advantage, power and speed gears, and transmission mechanics. They get hands-on experience building working models of things like a semi-trailer, shipyard crane, conveyor belt, and forklift, either by themselves or with a partner. Grades 1-4 | In this program, your child will use special educational kits to learn about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) and programming. They’ll get hands-on experience building working, motorized models of things like a windmill, catapult, pedestal fan, and sports car. Instructor: e² Young Engineers Location: VVM 134 434S-VM 4 session $104 Saturdays, April 25 – May 16  | 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. Location: VVM 134 CODE CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT SERIES | VIRTUAL COMPUTER CODING COMPETITION Grades 3-9 | Build a computer bot to compete against other coders! Whether you’re new or experienced, this is the perfect way to explore competitive coding. No previous coding experience is necessary.
