PRODUCT OVERVIEW Industry Leading Solar Panel Exclusion
Pest Armor® RAML550 is a professional-grade exclusion panel designed to prevent animals from nesting beneath solar panels and other elevated structures. Each 48” panel is constructed from 1/4” woven galvannealed steel mesh , featuring a 5-1/2” vertical face with a 5° outward bend to deter intrusion while maintaining airflow. A built-in 1” mounting tab is secured directly to the roof with screws, providing a stable and lasting installation. Solar panel clips may be used where desired , but are not required for performance. The black powder- coated finish ensures long-term durability and a clean, professional appearance.

Pest Armor® is crafted in St. Louis, Missouri by skilled welders and metal fabricators.
INSTALLATION
1. Measure and cut panels to length. 2. Secure to the roof using the 1” mounting tab and included screws along the base of the solar panel. 3. The built-in 5° bend creates a natural pressure-fit against the solar panel frame, helping hold the panel snug and deterring wildlife intrusion.
4. Overlap panels by 1” to maintain continuous protection along the run. 5. Inspect installation to ensure a tight, uniform barrier without gaps.
