s founder of both AAPL and Geraci Law, I may be a bit biased when I talk about how both companies together make an impact on the private lending space. Both companies share a common mission: to serve the private lending industry to the best of our abilities. Besides being lawyers at Geraci Law, we consider ourselves to be advocates of our clients and advocates of the industry overall. AAPL does as well. A
Neither AAPL or Geraci get paid for the amount of time we spend: 1. Lobbying Congress to recognize the private lending industry and the impact Congress unintentionally has on it. 2. Helping Congress understand what private lending is and how it helps the entire lending ecosystem. From discussions with Congress on HMDA to helping state officials
understand the licensing and other regulatory landscapes they paint that burden private lenders, AAPL and Geraci work together to ensure the voices of private lenders are heard loud and clear.
