MHRA Rod Repair Services
No one leaves home expecting to have troubles on the road, but it happens and that is why the Michigan Hot Rod Association brings their mobile
Rod Repair Shop to the Nationals. Thanks to these good folks for 53 years of giving back to the rodding community as it is always appreciated.
Safety Inspections
Powermaster will have technicians on site to assist participants of the 56th NSRA Street Rod Nationals by diagnosing charging and starting issues through- out the event. Just drive up to their tent located next to the MHRA Rod Repair Shop and Powermaster Powermaster Diagnostic Station The free vehicle Safety Inspection is always a huge part of NSRA events. The guys and gals who make up the volunteer teams donate their time and expertise to ensure that all participants are driving a safe vehicle. The 23-point checklist used by the
technicians will diagnose your problems on the spot. Powermaster Performance of West Chicago, Illinois, will be providing their free testing and tech support for the seventeenth year in a row at this year’s Street Rod Nationals. inspectors cover all the essentials of the vehicle, and those that pass will have an NSRA Safety 23 Sticker affixed to their windshield. Everyone is encouraged to have his or her vehicle inspected annually…and it’s always free.
People Movers
The Louisville Exposition Center is a huge facility and the best way to save some shoe leather and get around is to hop aboard one of the People Mover Trams that circles the entire facility during the event.
Get on when you want and get off when you want! The Tram route and stops will be indicated on the Kentucky Exposition Center Map in the Official Event Program.
Worship Service
Always a great way to start the last day of an NSRA event, the all-denominational Sunday Worship Service is a featured activity. Everyone in attendance at every
NSRA National event scheduled on a Sunday is invited to come for an inspirational message and time for reflection making it a Worship Service worth attending.
Shuttle Buses
Shuttle service to The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass will be available on Friday, August 1, and on Saturday, August 2, the shuttle will travel to
Derby City Gaming. The shuttle on both days will leave from Gate #6 so be sure to check the Official Event Program for pick-up and drop-off times.
Registration for the 56th NSRA Street Rod Nationals will return to the Broadbent Arena located inside the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky. The KEC entrance for Registration will be through Gate #4 at 2729 Crittenden Drive. Trailer Parking will be in the National Guard Armory complex located at 2729 Crittenden Drive, just off Central Avenue on your way to the Exposition Center’s grounds at Gate #4. Trailer Parking will begin on Tuesday, July 29, at 9am and run each following day through Sunday, from 7am- 7pm. This area is fully fenced in and totally secured and there will be a 24/7 guard on-site for added protection. We’ve included an overview map of the area to help you under- stand the locations of both Trailer Parking and Registration. Registration & Trailer Parking
