SEPTEMBER 19 & 20, 2025 KALAMAZOO COUNTY EXPO KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN
Changes For 2025 T he 45th Annual Street Rod Nationals North will now become a two-day event. Most activities you’re all familiar with will still take place, just in a more condensed format. The Awards Program will now take place at 5pm Saturday and if everything goes according to plan, everyone will be on their way in just a little over an hour. One new addition is there will be a live band playing from 3:30 to 5:00 pm in the Grandstands just before the Awards. Another major change for 2025, the Event Registration is moving away from the typical Host Hotel setting to a business more than excited to host the Event. Trak- Houz Bar & Grill/Zeigler Motorsports, 5001 Park Circle Dr., will be the host, and while Registration has moved to an offsite location, there will also be a new Host Hotel, the Fairfield by Marriott, 3303 Retail Place. This hotel is only a couple of years old and is right down the street from Trak-Houz Bar & Grill/Zeigler Motorsports. Model Car Contest The Model Car Contest at the Nationals North will return in 2025. Once again Michigan Modelers out of Northern Michigan will be host- ing the contest. The same five awards will also return, “Adult Box Stock & Custom,” “Youth (up to 16yrs) Box Stock & Custom” and rounding out the field will be a “People’s Choice.” So, whether you’re a seasoned pro or possibly just a young aspiring builder, why not bring them out for others to enjoy? If you have any questions or looking for more infor- mation, contact Randy Handwerk at 231-838-5392.
