What Next?
Now with last contingency complete, we can start scheduling settlements!! Brenda will be reaching out to every homeowner via phone to discuss and coordinate settlement dates/times as well as the New Home Orientation dates/times. During this call she will gather information on everyone's current living situation and will use that to prioritize the settlement order and will do her best to accommodate each need.
Her contact is to the right, for your records. *PLEASE WAIT FOR HER TO CALL YOU, DO NOT CALL HER FIRST* As soon as she has all the appropriate information from internally with NVR (settlement dates available to schedule for and dates we can start settlements from me) is when she will give you a call.

The meeting will take place in your home. We will meet at the front door of the building, which the address is 3519 Starlight Street Frederick MD 21704. This address might not be available via Google Maps/Wyze/Etc. since it has not settled yet so you can use the model address for directions to the community, if needed; 3411 Angelica Way Frederick MD 21704. If you need directions or any help at all with getting to the building, please give me a call!

Objective • Introduce you to your 100% complete home (Celebrate) • Inform you how to operate critical components in your new home ( Operation) • Set the expectation on what you will need to protect/maintain and how you can do it ( Protection/Warranty) • Advise how you can access information needed after you move in ( Information Access)
Agenda
• The NHO will take approximately 1 hour to complete (varies depending on each homeowners skill level with various items in the home).
• Meet at front porch of the building — review agenda — proceed up to home.
• Begin in kitchen — review important information including: • Address general questions. • Home Care Quick Link Methodology. • Warranty on the home & process to create ticket. •
HOA/Community items (trash/recycle, utilities, cable/internet). • Condo building items (keys, mail, emergency exit, elevator operation, intercom operation). • Review next steps until settlement + post settlement- include the move in process.
• Walk the entire home starting in the owners bedroom and highlight various features throughout, demonstrating operation of various parts, verify that everything works.
• Escort you through the building to review common areas, stairs, garages, and the exterior.
