PISTON RINGS
REPLACEMENT VALVES
+ Piston rings are nitride coated or chrome plated for increased wear resistance and extend durability + Two stroke rings are sold individually, four stroke rings are sold as a set
+ Compatible with OEM components. + Induction hardened valve stem tip. + Precision machined valve head and seat surfaces.

SHIM KITS AND REFILL PACKS
+ Includes 3 shims of each size. + Made from forged 4140 cold rolled steel. + Huge cost savings over OEM ($4-$14 savings per shim). + Refill packs available with 5 shims of each thickness. + Available for modern Japanese (7.48, 9.48) and KTM (8.90, 10.00) models as well as 13mm vintage.
POWER VALVE GASKET
+ Kit includes power valve gaskets, seals, o-rings, and bellows necessary to rebuild the power valves. + One kit required per vehicle.
SHIM CONVERSION KIT
+ Adjust engine valve clearance using commonly available 9.48mm shims rather than costly Polaris shim buckets + For use with Polaris 570, 900, 1000 & Turbo Prostar engines (see application chart for specific fitments) + Specifically designed alongside Hot Cams camshafts for these same engines + For use with OEM valves, springs, camshafts and aftermarket high performance camshafts + Diamond Like Carbon (DLC)
