ACCELERATOR PUMP REBUILD KITS
CHOKE PLUNGER KITS
+ Kit includes necessary o-rings, springs, retaining nut , boots and cable guide as necessary. + Choke plungers can seize or can easily be lost during a carburetor rebuild. + Improperly functioning parts can cause hard starting or poor running conditions.
+ Kit includes all necessary parts to rebuild accelerator pump circuit. + Kit includes necessary o-rings, diaphragm,spring, screws. + Improperly functioning accelerator pumps can cause poor performance, and bogging on acceleration.
AIR CUT OFF VALVE REBUILD KITS
EXTENDED FUEL MIXTURE SCREWS
+ Kit Includes all necessary parts to rebuild the air cut off valve circuit. ATV or motorcycle
+ Kit includes all necessary parts to replace OEM style fuel mixture screw with an extended screw for easy tuning. + Kit includes extended mixture screw o-ring, spring, and washer. + Available for Harley-Davidson and FCR carburetors.
models with multiple carburetors include components to repair all carburetors.
+ Improperly functioning air cut off valves can stick open or closed causing popping on deceleration or poor running conditions.
CARBURETOR MID BODY GASKET KITS
+ Kit includes all the necessary components to reseal a carburetor at its center section. + These components are not available from OEM. + Kit includes replacement gaskets, o-rings, screws also special tool included if necessary.
EZ START CARBURETOR KITS
+ The EZ Start carburetor kit comes with all the necessary components to rebuild the entire carburetor, while including one size larger main and pilot jets compared to stock OEM. + Kits have been designed to work on stock or slightly modified machines and will help eliminate the amount of choke runtime needed. + In many cases, the EZ Start carburetor kit can improve running conditions. + Components included in the kits are based off US models. Use discretion if installing kit on non-US model.
CARBURETOR REPAIR KITS
+ Models with multiple
carburetors include components to repair each carburetors.
+ Kit includes all necessary o-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, float valve needle and seat. (Needle jet and other pressed in jets are not included in kit.) + OEM jet sizes are included in the kit. NBR rubber material is used on all O-rings and rubber gaskets as NBR has excellent resistance to the ethanol used in today’s fuels.
