Breakfast on the go: Chia Prep Jar • 2 tbsp Organic Road Chia Seeds • 1 cup milk of choice • ½ cup yoghurt (optional) • Fresh fruit, nuts or a drizzle of honey Mix chia seeds with milk in a jar.
