Student Visa

Obtaining your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) Studies (CAS) What is a CAS?

Your CAS number is a unique 14-digit reference number generated by us that you use in your Student Visa application, confirming we will be your Educational Sponsor. UKVI use this number to access your CAS record on their database, and the record contains information provided by us to UKVI about you and your course at Warwick. Unique to the applicant and the university. Lists the qualification(s) used for admission to the University, e.g. Bachelor of Arts from University of X. It will not list all your qualifications. You will receive the CAS letter by email which shows the information held by UKVI.

Information accurate as at 23 April 2025 and provided in good faith. https://warwick.ac.uk/study/international/visa/contact-us/get-advice/conditions
