Showcase career growth By emphasising the potential for career advancement within the payroll industry. Share examples of professionals who have progressed from entry-level positions to leadership roles. Promote educational resources Use social media to share information about payroll certifications, training programmes and industry courses. Encourage continuous learning and professional development.

Falling in love with payroll
