The space will be converted for indoor recre- ation. The Bill Gladstone Group , of NAI CIR, handled the transaction. Office Suite 220 located at 208 N. Third St. in Harris- burg has been leased to Tracy B Entertainment, LLC. The space will be used as their main office and recording studio. Nick Martin , of NAI CIR, represented the tenant and The Bill Gladstone Group represented the landlord. Office Suite 310 located at 1801 Oberlin Rd. in Middle- town has been leased to Cen- tral PA Therapy Connections. The space will be used as a speech therapy center. The Bill Gladstone Group handled the transaction. The former Cross Keys Motor Inn located at 6110 York Rd. in New Oxford has been sold. The buyer, 101 S 17th St. LLC, will act as a user at 2911 Wayne St. and investor for the other properties included in the sale.
