T EANECK, NJ — Al- fred Sanzari Enter- prises , a commercial and residential real estate firm, announced that it has signed a lease with Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc., head- quartered in Marlborough, Massachusetts, to develop an innovative newworkspace for its organization at the Glenpointe corporate campus in Teaneck, New Jersey. “Today’s office experience must revolve around cre- ating spaces that inspire and motivate employees,” said Carolina Gutierrez , manager, leasing and mar- keting at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “We welcome Sunovion Pharmaceuticals to Glenpointe, which is ide- ally suited to help their team continue its life-changing work and we look forward to their presence on the campus.” Jerry Barta , vice presi- dent and director, leasing and marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises added, “This lease exemplifies how Glenpointe’s high level of adaptability, full suite of in-demand amenities and unparalleled location contin- G.S. Wilcox & Co. arranges $103M in financing for Union, NJ apartment UNION, NJ — G.S. Wil- cox & Co. has completed a $103 Million financing for a 428-unit luxury apart- ment building in Uniony. The financing, arranged by Gretchen Wilcox , president and David Fryer , principal, was secured with an 18.5-year termwith a 30-year amortiza- tion at a rate in the mid two percent range, locked in with a 15-month forward com- mitment and closed before the entire project completed construction. The deal was financed for Russo Devel- opment through Thrivent Financial , one of the firm’s exclusive correspondent life insurance company lenders. Union is the home of Kean University and their nearly 17,000 undergraduate stu- dents.
