Wilcox & Co. arranges $103M in financing for Union, NJ apartment UNION, NJ — G.S. Wil- cox & Co. has completed a $103 Million financing for a 428-unit luxury apart- ment building in Uniony. The financing, arranged by Gretchen Wilcox , president and David Fryer , principal, was secured with an 18.5-year termwith a 30-year amortiza- tion at a rate in the mid two percent range, locked in with a 15-month forward com- mitment and closed before the entire project completed construction.
