latest industrial/flex building onMilford Square Pike, Milford Twp., Quakertown. The facility offers LED lighting, ESFR (ear- ly suppression fast response) sprinkler system, minimum 16 tailgate doors with levelers, 4 drive-in doors, and 33’6” clear height. This will be Nappen’s third venture onMilford Square Pike with a fourth coming soon on AMDr. The first two buildings, 2700 and 2800 Milford Square Pike, were completed in 2014 and are 100% leased. PISCATAWAY, NJ —De- velopers Sudler Companies and GTJ REIT recently com- pleted the construction and interior design on a 150,000 s/f facility into the new ware- house, office and distribution center of international art supplier Colart’s new North American headquarters.
