Reference Sires
Ellingson Prolific • AAA#: 20136857 • Prolific is a bull we admired for his overall performance. The bulls are deep bodied, strong topped and wean heavy. They are very good-footed and structurally correct.
Penz Chip • AAA#: 20645852 We bought Chip as a calving ease specialist sire. He is true low birth weight bull. He is extremely athletic, excellent structured, smooth
shouldered, great headed and out of an extremely productive mother. Chip scanned a monster 16-inch ribeye at a year and when you compare that to his hip height, he is a huge outlier.
Mohnen Troubadour • AAA#: 20697084 • This is the first crop of Troubadour offspring that we will sell. After seeing this crop, you will see them for a long time though. The bulls are deep sided, big ribbed and stand on great feet and legs. The females are feminine with a sweeping rib shape, excellent front end and skull.
KLA Checkered Flag • AAA#: 20321502 • The Checkered Flag females have been knocking it out of the park. This bull brings muscle, base width, lower third, fleshing ability, and breed character. The females are extremely fertile and have excellent udders. He will be part of our program for many years to come. If you don’t think he has enough carcass merit in his EPDs give me a call I can show you plenty of real data showing the profitability of his feeder calves as well.
Spring Cove Target • AAA#: 20409930 • Target is a very balanced bull that is producing outstanding daughters. They are dense bodied females that are very feminine. The bulls bring a strong EPD profile in a package that fits the high desert.
KLA Respect • AAA#:20047598 • Respect is an absolute powerhouse of muscle. Loads of red meat yield but the bull moves extremely well. Well-structured cattle that rarely disappoint.
SAT Bravo 063 • AAA#: 19861144 • 063 is a bull we used only after we saw plenty of daughters in production. The bull is very balanced in terms of birthweight and performance but incredibly prepotent on his maternal side. Look for his daughters to be extremely productive for a long time. He is a bull full of testosterone and dripping with muscle.
