Purpose:
Inventory replenishment is a process that ensures the Boutique displays and storage cupboards are as per standard with no low stock or overstock.
Timing and frequency of replenishments:
The main daily replenishment must take place before and after trading hours.
To maintain merchandising standards at all times, replenishment must be done after each customer purchase. The products displayed in the showcases should not be directly replenished from the boxes (white carton boxes). As part of the main replenishment process, the ballotin (brown carton boxes) must be filled with products before trading hours.
The Boutique Manager is to ensure that the displays are adequately stocked.
The Boutique Managers are responsible for stock movement.
