The deal, which includes 17 specialized buildings with a total square footage of 73,468 feet, wasmanaged by Sheldon Gross Realty executive vice president Jonathan Glick , senior vice president Glenn Jaffe , and Sales Representa- tive Matthew Leonelli . The Keyport property had been used to manufacture per- fumes and other fragrances.
