7.1 Temperature control

Purpose:

The temperature in the Boutique showcases and all refrigerators must be checked daily, as well as after cleaning or defrosting of the cooling units.

Important Note:

 The ideal temperature for storage of dates is 4 ° C - 10 ° C. The temperature at Boutiques is to be maintained between 16 ° C -18 ° C, hence a small/limited quantity of dates are ordered and stored at any given time.  The shelf life of dates in Bateel is 1 year, however when customers purchase our dates, we must inform them that it is best to keep our dates refrigerated for freshness.
