Bateel International ’s philosophy is based on accountability and mutual respect. We have created an environment that encourages creativity and achievement. It is the aim of Bateel to become the leader in the gourmet food industry. To help achieve this objective, Bateel strives to attract highly motivated employees who want to work as a team and share the commitment, responsibilities, and discipline required to achieve our vision. One part of attracting these special individuals our values and culture, which promote enthusiasm and self- initiative. While we are realistic in setting our goals and expectations, Bateel is very much dedicated to reaching its objectives with the highest possible operating standards.
