10.1 Corporate customer

Purpose: Corporate customers are very important to Bateel. Corporate customers are usually companies, government units, airlines, etc. The customer discount will be created at the Head Office by IT or the Retail Coordinator.

Procedure:

1. Corporate customer discount will be created at the head office by IT or the Retail Coordinator.

 Select customer card

 Enter customer details

10-digit mobile number



Company name, government division



 Set customer discount by selecting the grade of %

Select “corporate” option



2. All the details need to be provided to IT/Retail Coordinator through email.
