Urban Edge Properties signs two new, long- term tenants EAST HANOVER, NJ — Urban Edge Properties has announced that Best Way Trucking (186,855 s/f) and Decker Tape Products, Inc. (99,527 s/f) have signed long- term leases at the East Hanover Commerce Park on Ridgedale Ave. in East Hanover. “The industrial leasing land- scape in NJ is a multifaceted and crucial component of the region's economy. Despite its intricacies, the demand for in- dustrial space remains robust, and we are delighted to have successfully filled a large va- cancy in a significant asset we acquired in 2021,” said Leigh Lyons , senior VP of leasing at Urban Edge Properties. Tom Consiglio and Scott Peck of Resource Real- ty represented Urban Edge. Thomas Mallaney of CBRE represented Decker Tape and Gregory Sabato of Re- source Realty of Northern NJ worked on behalf of Best Way Trucking. Best Way Trucking Service, Inc. is a multifaceted, third- party logistics and warehousing services organization estab- lished in 1975 by Mark Day Trewhella in Fairfield, NJ. Best Way Trucking provides same- day courier service to businesses in the Tri-State area. MAREJ industry which is expected to reach over 33 billion in an- nual sales in 2023. The panel will include experts who will discuss real estate issues such as the brokers role, title insurance and compliance and regulatory matters along with the regulatory processes such as banking issue and site control.
