DiFranco, Lombardi, Schiavello, Gray and Russo orchestrate transactions Horvath & Tremblay completes the sale of four New Jersey properties for $6,571,000

EW JERSEY – Hor- vath & Tremblay has completed the sale of four New Jersey retail proper- ties for $6,571,000. Robert DiFranco and Mi- chael Lombardi of Horvath & Tremblay have successfully completed the sale of 430-446 N Wood Ave. in Linden. Horvath & Tremblay represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $1,700,000. The properties are comprised of a single tenant, free-standing Dairy Queen, a three tenant in-line retail building and a two tenant in-line retail building. The properties contain a total of 13,090 s/f of gross leasable area on a combined 0.73-acres of land. The properties are 100% leased to a complimentary mix of six local tenants that serve the needs of the local residents.
