I look forward to a continued, shared vision.” “Netherwood Flats is a trans - formational project which sig - nifies a substantial step in Plainfield’s recent revival,” said Paramount’s Dunn. “Our goal is to have Netherwood Flats lead the revitalization of the city’s renaissance, creating a lively community for all of Plainfield. It is bringing in new residents to much-needed luxury hous - ing, and the convenience of a transit-oriented develop -

ment for accessing Newark and NYC.” The development is a short 3-minute walk from Plainfield’s Netherwood NJTransit train station and will offer its resi - dents easy access to the Raritan Valley commuter rail line, trav - eling to Newark, Manhattan, and beyond. The Netherwood Flats com - munity includes several on- site amenities to enhance residents’ lifestyles. The devel - opment incorporates a land - scaped, elevated courtyard; a 1,500 s/f fitness center; and a residents’ lounge. The prop - erty’s one- and two-bedroom units – ranging in size from 624 square feet to 1,427 s/f – have high-end finishes and stainless-steel appliances. After a discovery phase, which included visioning sessions and tours of workplace and innovation centers, the team at Meyer was tasked with creating an experi - ence for RMA’s members and 85 employees by incorporating a variety of technology-forward collaborative meeting spaces and focus areas throughout the workspace. As a nod to RMA’s 100-year history, Meyer incor - porated elements of the firm’s past throughout the design, lining the walls of shared spaces with historic hand- signed charters, photographs, and collections of books. The Meyer team also includ - ed project manager Jess Nixon and designer Dana Sweeney . Other project team members included CBRE , Bala Con- sulting Engineers, Watch- dog Real Estate Project Management, C. Erickson Construction, and Com- mercial Furniture Interiors (CFI) . MAREJ

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Meyer , an award-winning commercial architecture and interior design firm based in Philadelphia, has announced the completion of Risk Man - agement Association’s new hybrid corporate headquarters. Risk Management Association (RMA) is a member-driven nonprofit organization with the purpose of advancing risk education and principles in the financial services industry for more than 1,600 members. Designed by Meyer, RMA’s new corporate headquarters, located in downtown Philadel - phia, opened for use by staff in October 2022 following six months of construction. The approximately 6,000 s/f hybrid space at One Commerce Square embraces the principles of the transformed workplace.
