The space will serve as the office’s first loca - tion. James Azarian of Az - arian Realty Co. represented the landlord and Ginamarie Pizzola of Keller Williams Preferred Properties rep - resented the tenant in this M nounced two recent deals with office users in the Middlesex County area.

Located on the heavily traveled Rte. 206 be - tween Rte. 70 and Medford Lakes Rd., the 13,656 s/f retail strip center was an attractive investment drawing a number of potential buyers and ulti - mately selling to a local South Jersey restauranteur.
