9.12 Bulletin Board

Purpose: The bulletin board is used to present data, targets, trends, updates and all necessary information that must be communicated to all staff members. The bulletin board must be updated daily. The updates available must be shared with all team members during daily briefings. The contents of the board include: 1. Targets 2. Top performers/Focus of the week 3. Bateel updates 4. VM updates 5. Briefing Sheet All the updates on the board to be input by the Boutique Manager/Assistant Manager or Manager on Duty and cascaded down to all team members.  The target sheet needs to be updated daily.  Top performer needs to be updated bi-weekly.  Focus of the week must be updated weekly with the required communication.  Bateel updates should include all internal communication like new hires, internal job vacancies, health tips, etc.  VM updates must be updated accordingly with the latest content. Image guidelines are attached and must be followed.
