INTRODUCTION

2022 AT A GLANCE

Dear Key Stakeholder,

We offer our sincerest thanks for your support of CREA Foundation. In our first full year of existence, we raised $546K in contributions, established our first university partner (Indiana University- Purdue University Indianapolis), awarded 10 student scholarships and launched our first signature fundraiser through the CREA Foundation Scholarship Golf Classic. Of our total contributions, 88% were donations through the Investor Impact Network from CREA, LLC, individuals and corporate supporters, and 11% came through special event fundraising. As a corporate foundation, our commitment to the community resonates with our mission to improve the lives of youth and young adults facing financial barriers to success in the communities we serve by creating opportunities to further their learning, development and education. We are unwavering in our support of students from affordable housing communities by not only providing financial scholarships to support their postsecondary education goals, but also provide comprehensive wraparound services through our university partners to ensure we help students cross the finish line. As a key stakeholder, we thank you for joining us in working toward our vision of providing next step opportunities in education with a focus on college preparation, access and success for all youth and young adults living within our affordable housing communities. In addition to the accolades noted above, CREA Foundation celebrated the following: • 104 individual donors • $102,000+ raised at the inaugural CREA Foundation Scholarship Golf Classic • 32 corporate partners through Investor Impact Network membership • $61,000 in contributions through CREA employees • 88% of dollars raised directly supported comprehensive CREA Scholars Programs • $16,000+ raised in funds from external sources (third-party events) Thank you for your commitment to CREA Foundation.
