TopBot places top dunnage at the corrugator as units travel into the Strapping System. This technology auto- mates one of the last tasks that a person does in corrugat- ing manufacturing. The TopBot can operate at a higher speed than an op- erator applying dunnage by hand, thus allowing the Strap- per to run at its design speed of 200+ units per hour. The system is very consistent in dunnage placement, resulting in a more presentable final product to the end customer. TruckBot ATL is an Autonomous Guided Vehicle Robot designed to load trailers with no human intervention. The TruckBot VNST is a pallet jack style forklift for loading en- closed trailers. The TruckBot VNP forklift has 100” lifting capacity for unit double stacking and flatbed trailer loading. Both mod- els have state-of-the-art 3D SLAM navigation and 3D laser perception for safety and accuracy.
