In the competitive world of packaging, reducing the sales cycle is crucial to staying ahead. Lawrence Paper sought a solution to streamline their pre-order processes and proj- ect management before a Request for Quotation (RFQ) becomes an order. Arden Software’s WEBcnx provided the answer, transforming how Lawrence Paper manages its sales cycle. Lawrence Paper said it is committed to quality and in- novation. However, the pre-order phase — where projects are scoped, designs are created, and quotes are prepared — presented challenges that could lead to delays and missed opportunities. To address these issues, Lawrence Paper implemented WEBcnx, a web-based project man- agement tool specifically designed for packaging compa- nies by Arden Software.
