11.11 Tip policy
Purpose:
Occasionally, clients would like to reward you for the good service by giving you tips / cash.
However, we are under no circumstance allowed to take any kind of tip. We are a luxury boutique and outstanding service is our job. However, if the client is insisting, please offer them the opportunity to leave a comment in our “Customer Comment Book”. This way , your manager will get to read the appreciation, which in turn will lead to rewards.
Acceptance of gifts:
No Bateel employees shall seek or accept any personal gifts, cash payments or other “perks” from customers.
