8.1 Standard fire safety
Purpose:
Fire safety is a set of practices intended to reduce the risk of a fire.
The objective of this SOP is to ensure that:
1. Boutiques have adequate fire safety equipment.
2. The team members are trained and aware of the concept, hazards, prevention and evacuation procedures.
3. To avoid/reduce the loss or damage of both person and property.
Fire hazards:
Threats to fire safety are commonly referred to as fire hazards. A fire hazard may include a situation that increases the likelihood of a fire or may obstruct an exit if a fire occurs.
Prevention checklists:
Boutique Managers must follow the checklist below to prevent the possibility of a fire.

4. State if anyone is injured and the nature of the injury.
