AUTHENTIC MEXICAN GUACAMOLE

INGREDIENTS • 1 2# Pouch WHOLLY® Hand-Scooped Avocado • 2 ea. tomatoes, medium, red ripe, diced ¼" • ½ onion, white, ¼" dice (soaked in cold water for 30 minutes to “deflame”) • 1 large serrano pepper, minced • Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS In a large bowl, fold all ingredients carefully together to keep the chunkiness of the avocado intact.

Yield = 3 lbs.
