CREATE YOUR OWN AVOCADO TOAST
Avocado toast has become a can’t-miss brunch staple. Easily made with just bread, avocado and your choice of toppings, it’s a great way to use leftover ingredients. It can also be a fun way to get creative – mixing and matching seasonal flavors to create festive LTOs. On top of the avocado, we suggest the power of three: a base, a topping and finish with a garnish or drizzle.
Take your patrons on a flavor trip to the Mediterranean. Toasted whole wheat pita is topped with avocado, cucumber, tomato, and Kalamata olives. Then finished with a garlic, lemon and feta cheese Greek yogurt sauce. AVOCADO MUSHROOM TOAST A delicious slice of umami goodness. Toasted whole wheat bread, spread with avocado, grilled portobello mushrooms, little gem lettuce and drizzled with green goddess ranch dressing.
SMOKED TURKEY AVOCADO TOAST
Like a tasty open-faced turkey sandwich. Slices of moist smoked turkey atop toasted whole grain bread spread with avocado and topped with bacon, sliced tomato and smoked Gouda cheese. SMOKEHOUSE BACON AND BLUE Crispy bacon is a great addition to cream toast. Grilled whole grain toast topped with avocado, chopped bacon, diced tomato, microgreens, smoked blue cheese and a creamy, smoky chipotle ranch sauce. SMOKED SALMON AVOCADO TOAST Whole grain toast topped with avocado, smoked salmon, pickled red onion and capers, drizzled with a bit of fresh lemon juice.
