LUNGE Start by standing with feet shoulder-width-apart. Next, take a step forward and allow your front knee to bend. Your back knee may bend as well. Then, return to original position, or you may walk and take a step forward and repeat with the other leg. Keep your pelvis level and straight the entire time. Your front knee should bend in line with the 2nd toe and not pass the front of the foot. EXERC I SE ESSENT I ALS USE THIS TECHNIQUE FOR LEG STRENGTH

His experience is primarily in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Benjamin’s special interests include spinal disorders such as back pain, neck pain, and sciatica. Other interests also include vestibular rehab, TMJ/TMD, and return to sport. Currently his focus is on becoming a McKenzie/MDT certified clinician. MechanicalDiagnosisandTherapy (MDT) isareliableassessment, classification, treatment,andpreventionprocess intended forall musculoskeletal problems. Outside of work, Benjamin enjoys spending time with his family, friends and wife, Paige. He likes staying active by running, lifting weights, golfing, playing basketball, and tennis.
