Payroll Leaders’ Summit
Workshops delivered in the payroll leaders’ summit stream were designed to:
l get pay professionals to think about how they can get their voices heard by their senior leadership team l discuss how payroll teams can ensure they undertake compliant processes and have robust people development programmes in place l allow pay professionals to consider the impacts of implementing payroll auto-saving within their organisations l get attendees thinking about how to ensure neuroinclusivity within their organisations l explore the pros and cons of faster payments.
Payroll and Pensions Expertise
In this stream, sessions focussed on:
l how pensions impact payroll l the intricacies of the national minimum wage
l ensuring compliance at tax year end l the Local Government Pension Scheme l reward packages, and any tax and National Insurance implications.
