New tool for calculating statutory neonatal care pay (SNCP) A new tool has been made available on GOV.UK, which allows for the calculation of an employee’s SNCP. To use the tool, the following information is required: l the baby’s due date l the baby’s date of birth (on or after 6 April 2025) l your employee’s salary details, including frequency of pay
NEW: Statutory pay courses are now available
l the number of consecutive neonatal care leave weeks being taken, and the start date. You must check the employee’s eligibility prior to using the calculator. You can access the tool here: https://ow.ly/Vst550XgaFT.
